We had a great day snow shoeing through the forests around Kangos today. The skies were clear and about -12c, it's a magical time of the year just right for a Lapland adventure. We still have some spaces in spring for snowmobile safari's, husky safari's trips to the and many more activities. Please contact us for more details....Happy New Year

We had a lovely boy called Joshua come to stay with us to try and find Santa. After 2 days of searching we managed to find him in his hide away. Joshua was so happy to meet the great man that he built us a lovely snowman with the help from his Dad and Samantha. It was so good we thought we would share it with you all. Today I was invited to a reindeer round up. This is where the local Sami families round the reindeer in up from a very large area and take them into a corral to be sorted out. There was around 1000 reindeer which were then sorted out by the families. This is very much a social event with whole families attending and helping. We are still waiting for our first snow even thou we have been having a lot of rain we have had night frosts and lovely sun rises, this was taken 2 mornings ago over Kangos.
